It's a reference to the group "Anonymous" who are currently attacking Scientology.

They got their start on anonymous image boards (aka "/i/"), specifically on 4chan.org/b/, hence the /b/ reference.

Ah, I see. So is this like a recognized thing? It seems a bit obscure, but then I don't really frequent 4chan enough to be up on the latest trends.

It's all over the news... I don't frequent 4chan myself, but in researching "Anonymous" after seeing a lot of press on them I found that to be their starting point years ago.

(And if you pronounce it like scientolo-bee, it kinda sounds like the actual thing, which I didn't want to print on a shirt lest I get sued.)
